Our order pages that request personal information are secured by state-of-the-art
SSL encryption. You can verify that your checkout pages are secure by seeing
the https:// vs. http:// in the browser line.
All prices on our website are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Manufacturers update their prices without notice and we will post these changes
as soon as we are notified. We will not charge you a different price without
notifying you first. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is
processed. All orders placed within Arizona will add a 6.1% tax charge.
If an item is out of stock and it is necessary for us to back order it, we
will notify you via email and give you the option to wait for the product or
cancel your order. It is not our practice to back order. Again this will only
be done at your request. Your credit card could be charged at this time.
R & A Tactical does not warranty products displayed on the website. Warranties
are supplied by the manufacturers. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects
or issues. However, R&A TACTICAL is committed to serving the customer. If the
product is defective we will replace it if it is in stock. If not we may refer
you to the manufacturer for replacement.
You may return items to us up to 10 days from the date you receive your item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we received your return,
we will inspect the merchandise to assure that no mishandling or abuse has occurred.
All returns must be authorized by R&A TACTICAL. A RAN (Return Authorization
Number) will be given and must be shown just under the return address. If a
return is received without a RAN it will not be accepted. Returns shall have
its original receipt or invoice and be in its original packaging. If there are
any signs of abuse to the product it will not be accepted.
Shipping is done via US Postal Service. All products will be shipped within
5 business days according to the order in which it was received (Does not include
weekends or holidays), and if item is in stock (See back ordering for more info).
We ship within the continental USA only. Products will not be shipped to APO/FPO
addresses. Keep in mind that Express shipping is $15.00 added to the total standard
shipping. Overnight shipping will be $30.00 added to the total standard shipping.
